Surrender of The PBR Certificate

  1. Owner of the certificate will apply on form PB-11.
  2. The Registrar will consult other stake holders involved in the protection and decide in accordance with the Plant Breeders’ Rights Rules. 2018.
  3. Successful surrender of the protection shall be advertised.
