Surrender the Certificate of Protection

  1. Owner of the certificate will apply on form PB-11.
  2. The Registrar will consult other stake holders involved in the protection and decision will be taken in accordance with the Plant Breeders’ Rights Rules, 2018.
  3. Successful surrender of the protection shall be advertised.
