1. Any person who has not previously opposed the protection application, may request the Registrar to revoke the protection within 12 months after its grant.
2. The Registrar needs permission from High court to hear such application if any infringement or revocation case about the protection is pending in the court.
3. All parties involved in the protection will be consulted to decide the revocation.
