1. Owner of the Rights will apply to the Registrar on form PB-9 after payment of fee (Rs. 1000).
2. The Registrar on his own motion can also initiate the rectification process.
3. The Registrar cannot proceed on the revocation request if proceeding concerning the certificate in question is pending in the High Court. In such case, the rectification application will be made to the court.
4. The case will be decided according to section 30 of the Plant Breeders’ Act, 2016.
